Declaration
I/My ward/My child hereby agree to strictly abide/ adhere to the discipline and the direction given by the organizers/instructors, failing to which shall be liable for expulsion. I am fully responsible for the all events during the program. The entries have been made by me are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
Liability waver / Parents declaration
It is certified that I agree to send my son/daughter/ward for mentioned camp organized by NATIONAL EDU-VENTURE INSTITUTE at my own risk. Even though school and organizers give utter most care, in case of any accident, injury, sickness, I will not hold the school, organizing body, organizers in person and/or its staff wholly or partially responsible for the same. I am bound to submit medical certificate of my child to the organizer for this high altitude trekking camp.
